Denis Fitzpatrick of Graiguecullen 1900's

I am trying to find someone who can help. My friends grandfather was the man named above he was from Graiguecullen.  Denis was married to a Lizzie Farrell (Elizabeth) she was from Graiguenamanagh(sp).
Denis apparantly died in Newcastle on Tyne area in England in the early part of 1900. He had a daughter Dora in 1909 in Carlow. So he was there around then.
I cannot find his death anywhere. Family believe it to be a train accident . I have spent many hours on this. His wife and son both moved to the Newcastle area. I am sure after he died. They died and are buried there.
I am hoping someone has them in their family tree. To help put a light on this. I thought maybe he has a middle name and he died known as it.
Can any one help or have suggestions. I would really appreciate some help.

Hello tisgrannie,

I have had a quick look and found the surnames of both both your ancestors in Co. Carlow during the period 1848-1864 (Griffiths Valuation of Ireland). I then checked on Surname Search and found that both surnames were in the same parish during the same period. I hope this information proves useful to you in your search.
