Harlington - which district in 1947?
« on: Sunday 16 October 05 11:18 BST (UK) »
Harlington was under Staines. I've found a death for a likely looking candidate for DP's grandmother in 1947, we know she lived in Harlington but would that have been registered under Uxbridge in 1947?

Perhaps she died in hospital which happened to be in the Uxbridge RD, e.g. Hillingdon.  Her home address would still have been in the Staines RD.
