I am trying to find the birthdate of Charlotte Williamson, she was born at Blackman Lead, Stirling, daughter of Martin Williamson & Margaret McCloud, any help appreciated.

There is a submitted birth entry - just 1837 - on the FamilySearch site.

Since this is before civil registration began in 1855 in Scotland, the parish register may only show the baptism date.  You could check the ScotlandsPeople site to see if there is a more precise date given in their indexes.  No images are available but transcriptions are.

No idea - all I did was look at the IGI.  You should be able to find out of anyone has submitted that information by doing a parent search on the FamilySearch site.  Submitted information rather than extracted records should always be treated with greater caution and verified before taking it as true.
