Hi all,
I received an email from Phil at historyhouse today. He emailed me because he has added a specific section to his Kelvedon Hatch (near Brentwood) site as regards the 1880's school life etc. It is brilliant reading, even if not interested in the actual area.

If of interest, this site got me started properly in family history - I visit it regularly because of the brillient way that history is portrayed, I just wish I could do it like this.
