Title: Ellis Dawson Bedford 1851 onwards Please

Hi,

Can SKS look for Ellis Dawson in the 1851 Census please. I would expect him to be somewhere in Bedfordshire. The only reliable information I have is this marriage record:

GRO Marriages Jun 1841
DAWSON Ellis Hare Bedford 663
Richardson Mary Bedford 663

There is some LDS Submitted information in the IGI, but it can't be trusted as it contains conflicting data.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot find him in 1851 using any combination

Elli* born Beds; Hare born Beds; Dawson born Renhold. Zil* born Beds Din* b Beds

Got any more clues?

IGI member submissions can't be trusted even if they don't conflict!

There's what appears to be the same man on a GenCircles tree but with an apparent second marriage to Charlotte Swan???

It's a bit of a mystery isn't it?

The LDS stuff obviously conflicts in some places and I was just trying to tie up some loose ends. It was the Richardson side of things I was primarily concerned with. It is not particularly central to my direct line, so I don't think I'll get the marriage certificate just yet (I'll add it to the ever expanding list).

No burials in Beds up to 1851. Could they have moved away from Beds after 1845? Still doesn't explain why I can't see them anywhere in England in 1851 though

Rob,  Looked further found that Cheryl also has Mary Richardson b 1822 Renhold + Ellis R Dawson b 1859 NSW Australia.
