Have checked through the Wolvey entries for 1891 and there are several Astill families but the only possibility I can find is at Church View where a lodger at the house of Isaac Elliott, (Baker) is George W. Astill, 22, baker's assistant born Leamington. I suppose the W could stand for William.
it would help if you had a few other details such as date of birth, birthplace etc.
Regards, Al

Hi mothergoose

On the LDS-IGI there is a William Astell christened 23 Sept 1759 Wolvey. Parents Joseph Astell and Elisabeth. Doing a parent seach it looks as thought Joe and Liz had 10 children...at least.

Hope this helps

Cannot find a William Astill of that age in 1891 in Warwickshire apart from William Henry aged 32 living in Aston but he gives his birth place as Leicester.
