Could SKS tell me where William Arthur GRUNNAH was in 1901? In 1891 he was
10 and living at 7 Carlisle Street, Cardiff.

Don't seem to see him on the 1901 census where was he born and are you sure of the surname spelling. His he with other family members in 1891 that might help to track him down.

In 1891 he is 10 and living at 70 Carlisle Street, Cardiff with his parents Thomas and Ellen GRUNNAH, sister Eleanor, 11, brother Sydney Thomas, 8 and sister Winifred, 6. Does this help?

I have them all on the 1891 Cardiff Census but in my haste didn't write down the all important number! Eleanor born Swansea, William Arthur born Llanelly, Winifred born Swansea. Any help?

Sorry to say I just cannot see them maybe someone else willhave more luck I just cannot find thier surname.
I found them on the 1881 census you must have that already, it's an interesting surname.. I ca see that on the IGI they are all from Pembroke 1828 through 1874.
Is the father still a mariner? often Mariners lived in the Grange Town area of Cardiff if thats a bit of help. Do you know what happened to them after 1901 through the family and may be work back wards .
