Title: Richard GIBBESON of Haxey

Seeking information on the maiden name for the wife of Richard Gibbeson (born Haxey 1826). 

From the 1881 Census I know that her first name was Leah and that she was born c1834 in Cranwell, Lincs.

 free bmd had Leah Bell married Richard Gibbison jun quarter 1857 Sleaford, Lincs.
looking at the 1851 census, there is a Leah Bell born 1833 Cranwell, Lincs, so she would seem to fit.

They were married on the 1861 census but no children.

The 1851 census has only one Leah (of any age) born in Cranwell

Blimey, that was quick - thank you both so much Tamar and Geoff.  The different spelling of his surname is why I couldn't find it - and being off work with a stinking cold isn't helping me think straight enough to try alternate spellings :-(
