Hi,
would it be possible to do a look up for a George Sharman aged about 20 and probably a carter in the 1871 census?
 If not a carter then possibly a farm labourer or similar.

could this be the family? Living at Common, Wheatley House on the 1871.  George is a farm labourer.

many thanks. No, it isn't my George Sharman even though his father was John. However it gives me something to think about as to where the family could have originated.
