High John
The only thing I can see on GENUKI UK about Rutland is that most of the info for Rutland is kept at Leicestershire Record Office, Long Street, Wigston Magna, Leicester. There might be some one on here with  info?

Hi John
A bit confusing this as on the 1851 census there is this
John Limming head 43? road lab Rutland Dry Stoke
Elizabeth "     wife mar 78 farming ??? 600 acres Rutland Normanton
living at Barnack, Northamptonshire.
H0107/ 2094
folio 494
page 23

Transcribed as Lemming, but it is Limming as there is a dot above the i

John

The person who checked the census had a habit of putting a cross through the ages of everyone ... in 1851 it could have been 73 but is not clear ... I can understands Ricky's hesitation in giving the age.
