Title: Missing Davids! Help please!*COMPLETED*
Post by: Chasing-fireflies on Sunday 21 May 06 17:39 BST (UK)
Ok i have hit a brick wall with 3 brothers all born in Llangynwyd. I found them on one census but i cant find the reference number amongst all my other stuff. They were living with their father Ward David and other siblings in Llangynwyd but i have searched the 1881 census hoping to find them with partners and/or children but they dont seem to appear!
These are the elusive brothers:
Llewellyn David b. Llangynwyd c. 1849
David David b. ditto c. 1862
Jenkin David b. ditto c. 1865

Any help to find any record for any one of them would be a huge help and most appreciated!!!
 ;)

I have not found him later than 1881 yet. Llewellyn is still missing in 1881 though! I have tried all sorts for him and the only conclusion i can come to is that he died young. I was baffled by the fact that some of them appeared with their father but when i tried just looking for them alone i had no results! Odd. I spent hours and hours last night trying to find them but i got so tired i had to give up. Thanks for your help!

Thanks. I think the first two are correct but i think the David David is the wrong one as it could possibly be meant to read Southerndown. I cant believe i cant find them anywhere in 1881, it drives me crazy when that happens! :'(
Thankyou so much for looking for me. I have just been contacted by a living relative related further back from this line so i was trying to get some more done to help him out in his research too.
Thanks again!!!
