Mark HORNSEY was a gamekeeper on the estate of George Skipworth Esq in South Kelsey at the time of the 1851 Census. Does anyone know if this house and land still exist?
And is anyone else researching the HORNSEY family please?

There's a Moortown House Farm about 2 miles NE of South Kelsey - you can see this at www.streetmap.co.uk
If you go to www.old-maps.co.uk and search for Moortown, the House is in the top left-hand corner of the map.
Where once it was a wooded park, it now appears to be open farmland, although the lake is still there.

Thank you for the information regarding Moorton House.

It appears that it's a listed building, so presumably still exists
