In 1851 Gabriel age 20 would have been born 1830 but could still be mine as they always did mistakes and for Mary Headly I don't know who she is.
The 1861 of Gabriel could definitely be mine as he qould be born 1828 and very close to mine born in 1827

Just one more for the record 1871 living West Woodburn School.

Gabriel Fenwick 43 married a Mason, b Corsenside
Mary Wife 39 b Corsenside.

There is another on the 61 who is also a Mason but it says he was born Bellingham.

I'm just about all Gabrield out now, so think I will call it a night, hope these are of some help in  tracing your rellies.

Patrish.

Brain is clearer this morning, On the 1851, if Gabriel aged 21 is the grandson of Mary Headly then she must be either his fathers mother or his mothers mothers, although you said Ann it could easily be Mary Anne.

When I suggested checking the Stockport parish registers I did not realise your were in Canada. :o :o

Now that you mentioned it. I checked back the 1841 cenus and saw William Fenwick and calculated his birth then at abt 1781 and then calculated Mary Headly birth and came up with 1778 and I think it would be maybe William Fenwick wife. Maybe William past away between 1841-1851

Ann Fenwick could be the one married to Matthew Wallace in Nov 1841 Nortumberland as I hav an Ann Fenwick born abt 1821 Northumberland and married Matthew Wallace born 1822 Northumberland
