Click on the MODIFY button on the right of your screen
Scroll down past your typed message
Click on ATTACH A PHOTOGRAPH or IMAGE
Click on the BROWSE button
This should bring you into the file (on your PC) were you store pictures/photographs
In the FILES OF TYPE window at the bottom, make sure the files are *.gif *.jpeg
Scroll down to the one you want
Press CLICK and SELECT
It will then appear in the first white window opposite the word BROWSE
You then press SAVE

- and –-- B I N G O ---

Don't give up !!

What is the file size in kb? - will have an effect

What are it's dimensions in pixels? - better to be max about 500dpi wide but should not be a prob

What file extension does it have - jpg, gif, tif , etc ? - could be the prob

Does it have a unique name - RC likes a unique name so call it something like subee0001 - could be the prob

Me on my 45th birthday - we had two birthdays and one engagement to celebrate so had a party on Country and Western night

Family Reunion - hubby Pete, 1st cousin Marjorie, 1st cousin Rita and hubby's brother John - It was the first meeting for John and the ladies. Rita is the daughter of Dad's brother and Marjorie is the daughter of Dad's sister. Both found through writing to a newspaper in the area

Pete and our two eldest grandsons - Ryan and James taken when they were 3 and 2

Dad lent me his,satin they were,a lovely shade of Turquoise,I was so embarrassed when I got in the ring that I did'nt see this glove coming towards me,hit me straight in the eye did'nt it,my instincts kicked in and my foot hit him
straight in the Cossacks,his lid went flying from his lunchbox that night,strange though,we became the best of friends after. ::)

My Dad...whose pic you see in the Home Guard.....was in the Royal Flying Corps in WW1 and he boxed for the Corps...he fought at 4'11' and 6 stone 7......I think it was fly weight!

He died before Cassius Clay came on the scene......I think he would have been impressed..but as little girls growing up...we had to listen to all the fights on the wireless...Ingmar Johanson...Rocky Marciano......George somebody!.....forget who....
Dad would be in his armchair.....punching the air and delivering uppercuts and body blows!

I used to like the fights...but no more.....too cruel....I guess I've got soppy!

Now some lessons in basic cropping would be great for some of us oldies with little techo knowlege. Arranroots gave me info to download IrFanView for editing pics. HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK??? (*) Or any other program for that matter.

This old wrinkly could learn some if any one is interested in doing a tutorial.

Thanks also are due to all who contributed to the "cropping and resizing images" link that Berlin Bob has posted.

While being a balding, grey haired, wrinkly old fart has many advantages, some things are beyond comprehension. GENEROSITY is a gift, only when it is accepted by another. Thank you all for your gift of knowlege, and with that here is my first attempt at cropping and resizing.

Yes I think they are cute too ;)
I wasn't so sure about having children again, let alone girls (my son is now 26!), especially having to go through the bottle feeding and nappy stages, but despite it being a lot harder to do at 50 than at 30, it's definitely worthwhile.
Just having loads of hugs, being squeezed tight and told how much they love their Daddy really makes me feel proud, as does watching them grow.
And watching them dance and play together helps make me feel young again - until my back plays up at least :(
