Title: Portpatrick Cemetery
Post by: bairnj on Tuesday 05 December 06 21:19 GMT (UK)
Wondering if anyone can help?  i am looking for a memorial mason in the Portpatrick area who would be able to clean up my Grans memorial - it is Grey granite wilth lead lettering - it was very green and untidy when i  was last down (that was over two years ago)

I know I may be off topic, but if anyone could advise me i would be really grateful.

it is in the old Cemetery.

Thanks

Hi, I live in Stranraer and there is no masons in Portpatrick. Your best bet would be www.jmfd.co.uk They are a local undertaker who do headstones etc.

Hi there,

Thank you so much for your reply.  I contacted McNeills only last month to get an estimate for work.  i work for a local mason in Falkirk and managed to get a contact down there.

I managed to get down to Portpatrick last month and the stone didn't look as bad as it had done previously.

once again Thanks.
