Hello I am looking to find Harold Emmanuel Hicks born circa 1896 in Glamorganshire, I think in Cardiff in the civil parish of Roath.
I am looking to prove his Fathers name before sending off for his birth certificate, from his marriage certificate I know his Father to be Frank Hicks who in 1915 was an upholsterer.
Any help would be most gratefully received.
