Again many thanks
That gets me out of a dead end! I have a copy of their marriage certificate. They were married in Neath in 1892. Jemima was 23 at the time so that fits. The marriage certicate gives Richard's age as 36 = 45 in 1901. Is it possible that ages were transcribed incorrectly as well as names?

Ignore last post - apart from the thank you. Looking at the marriage certificate Richard's age could be 30. Therefore everything fits!

Thanks
