Where is this information from? the actual certificate or something transcribed?
There is a townland in Co. Antrim called Ballysessy in the parish of Camlin, near Glenavy.
The IGI lists 3 children to Charles Bell & Alice Lavery:
1. Abraham born 1870 Co. Antrim
2. Charlotte bovrn 1879 Belfast
3. Charles 1881 Belfast

Abraham Bell was born to Charles Bell & Alice Lavery 19 Dec. 1870 @ Crumlin, Antrim according to Emerald Ancestors site.
Good hunting.

Crumlin might be the registration district rather than the actual place of birth.
