Title: The Wades of Hipswell-completed
Post by: Justanothersmith on Monday 09 April 07 05:07 BST (UK)
Here's what I know:

The following members of the Wade family were born/christened in Hipswell - John [1790]; William [1797]; James [1801]; Thomas [1806]; and Jane [1809].

The records I've found shows only their mother [Ann Wade].

What I'd like to know before I meander further down the track is should I assume Ann was a rather promiscuous lady or is there another way I can find out if she was married and the kids are not illegitimate?

Hi
Courtesy of the IGI I may have linked Ann [Hannah] with a John Wade who died 19 Jun 1818 but there's no record of their marriage.

I've decided to close this query as I've decided to bite the bullet and order the relevant certificates to confirm or disprove the Wade connection.
