I think they might be in either Wood Enderby or in Haven Bank.

Mary--wife-age 25-born Low Toynton

looks as though John had two wives called Mary- Free BMD has possible death and marriage 1861-1871.

re the pm and Mary number 1- yes it was Hollym.

Free BMD marriage:
June quarter 1856 amongst the various spouses John Vinter and Mary Taylor

and the plot seems to thicken a bit here...

just to close this little bit- I know that this Mary is not your ancestor but I think she is here in 1841

others on page include some Vinters
