That is a WW1 photo that is!!!

Complete with "ghost" at the back!

Red Cross and VAD hospital....Somewhere...

Just had a thought - one of the restorers should be able to tell you better, as they've probably blown it up to restore it and seen it in more details.

Wasn't there a Canadian Red Cross Hospital in Taplow, Bucks.    Not sure if it was there during WWI though.
