Good evening,

John SMITH b. c1840 Ewerby married Mary Ann STOREY b. c1854 Bicker in 1874, probably in Wrangle. (Boston 06.1874 7a 800)

They appear to have had at least 5 children together:

- Emily b. 1877
- Sarah b. c1878
- Louisa b. c1879
- Nellie b. c1880
- Anne b. c1881

In 1881 they were living Wrangle Common, Wrangle. John SMITH was a Farm Baliff.
In the household there were also William SMITH b. c1867 and Elizabeth b. c1868, very probably children from a previous marriage.

I would be grateful for details of the 1891 & 1901 Censuses if possible.

John probably had a first marriage around 1865 and could have been a widower when he married Mary Ann STOREY in 1874.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Possible marriage:  John Smith Q1. 1865  Boston  Vol. 7a.  Pg. 467  Jane Brown on the page.

Jane Smith age 26 died Q4. 1871 Boston  Vol. 7a. Pg. 234


Bicker is also in the Boston registration district  :)
