I'm having trouble adding my names of interest into the SIT table.. as I don't know where to put my Jones' side of the family.
I've looked on Genuki for Pentre Cwym, Cwympenner, Cerrigydrudion but keep getting no answer - can anyone help?
Thanks

As MM says, it's in Denbighshire
You won't find many records on the IGI from here - most are available as transcriptions from the Clwyd FHS:

Hi
Try the following links below, some of the spellings are slightly different and perhaps need to be checked

Thank you every one.
The earliest ancestors I have from this area are: Robert Jones c. 1740 m Margaret Evans.
There marriage is dated 29 Nov 1762
Just in case anyone has any interests in this area.

Robert Jones - just don't mention that name - I have more than one They've caused me lots of grief ::)
It's surprising that you've still got surnames that far back in that area - the majority of the area was patronymic/semi-patronymic back then.
Makes a change from Seymours though, doesn't it ;D ;D ;D

That made me laugh, Gadget! The 'Seymours' were driving me up the wall... so I'm leaving them for a while.. or at least until I've got a cert back!!
Back to my Welsh Roots!
