I have a marriage in Saxilby

John Dickinson and Frances Wistow(e) 5/7/1783

Can anyone confirm if any other details provided as to Parish of origin for either ?

Specifically John, as I have two possible John born in the same year, either one which is feasible in terms of family christian names used for siblings.

You don't get parish of origin, just place of residence.
