Could anyone help me with details of a marriage between a Matthew Watson born 1827 in Colsterworth and Frances (surname unknown) born 1824? in Dorrington,Lincs.
Im trying to get the surname for Frances.I have two possibilities...Baker or Camm

I cant find any record of the marriage on FreeBMD but census suggests must have been between 1841 and 1851 as Matthew on his own 1841...
?

Where have The Baker & Camm surnames come from then?

Just used first name of frances and searched families living in dorrington with a daughter named Frances still living in Dorrington in 1841 long shot but its only a small place and people didnt move very far in those days.clutching at straws maybe

Many thanks for the info..It seems likely that Frances was a Taylor..Timberland is not far at all from Dorrington or Scopwick where they were living after marriage.
