Are you looking for some sort of information? If so, you'll have to tell us how we can help you as it's not clear from your post.

Anne Daly Salmon was my great grandfathers sister. I am looking for any additional information on her or her children. When they died, whom they married, etc.

1911 census is online (free) so you could have a look for the family there if you haven't done so already (married woman were asked how many years married, how many children/how many children living)-
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/search/
Index to civil registrations is also online free so you could search for marriage (search for bride and groom separately then cross-reference results for match)-
http://pilot.familysearch.org/recordsearch/start.html#p=collectionDetails;t=searchable;c=1408347
With the index details you can order certificates-

I was also told that the spelling of the last name might have gotten changed to Sammon at some point.
-
Have you checked the 1911 census and civil index yet? (try both spellings). 1901 census will soon be added to National Archives website.
