George Woolley Palmer, born February 1881 in Barrow In Furness, the son of John Woolley Palmer & Lucy Palmer (nee Bennett) was married to a lady named Molly ~ It's known that in 1936 they used to live at 17 Stafford Street in Barrow In Furness. George & Molly had one son named George Palmer who married a lady named Freda.
I know very little about this part of my family tree & so if anyone knows of any information at all regarding this family I would be very grateful if they would contact me please.
With many thanks,
Treefan.

Hi, are you wanting to work forwards or backwards with this family? From the census of 1891/01 he is one of around 9 children. R.

There is a possible marriage for George Woolley Palmer.
Jun 1911 Ulverston 8e/1782
George W Palmer
Possible spouse Mary Quirk or Elizabeth Nanson.
I'd have thought that Mary Quirk is the more likely to be known as Molly.

Gengen, that's great ~ I had tried looking for a marriage & it hadn't occurred to me that Molly could be a derivative.
Thank you very much, I appreciate your help.
