My Mothers maiden name is Gordon
most of the family was brought up in Brampton any info
about any gordons from here would be grateful

My ggfather John Gordon and his children lived in Brampton. He only had one son, who moved to Liverpool but had 4 daughters.  What was your mother's name? If it part of the same family, I'll post the information for you. There is another Gordon family in Cumbria as well.
