Hi,
I am hoping that there is someone on here who could help me by seeking out a couple of obituaries in a local Swansea newspaper (I've checked the Cambrian online index without results). The two I am looking for are:
1) Clifford Francis Davies, died 22 April 1925. His home address at the time of his death was 12 Mirador Crescent, Swansea, but he actually died at Drum Point, Solomon Islands, Maryland, USA.
2) Rev. Evan Evans, died 21 June 1915. He was minister of the Alexandra Road C.M. Church in Swansea. His home address was 7 Rosehill Terrace, Swansea, but he died at The Bungalow, Langland Bay. I have an extensive account of his life from an obituary up here in North Wales, but no family details. If somebody could find a funeral report for him I only need to know details of the family members mentioned as attending and leaving floral tributes.
If anybody could help I would be very grateful.
Regards,
Keith.

I'll see what I can find over the weekend. :)

Hi Bev,
If you could find anything that would be wonderful. Thank you very much!

Hi Keith,
I found two pieces about Evan Evans, but there is very little family detail in either of them, so I don't know how useful they will be. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything about Clifford Davies in either the South Wales Daily Post or the Western Mail.
If you can PM me with your e-mail address I'll send you the Evans clippings.

Hi Bev,
PM sent. :)
Thanks again for checking these for me.
By the way, I noticed the names in your sig. Does the Grindley family have any connection to Caernarfon and Anglesey?

Clippings sent today.

Many thanks Bev. It has really shed some light on this family.
