     i'm having trouble finding my great grandmothers birth certificate, she was eliza or elizabeth jones born in ferndale 21dec 1897.

Hello there, I don`t know where you live but you can get a copy at Pontypridd registry office in Gelliwasted Road, Pontypridd. It will be £9.
