Can anyone confirm or not . If the Bown motorcycle was ever manufactured in Ynyshir if so when and where. Thankyou. Alun.

Bowns were incorporated into the Aberdale Cycle Company in the 1930's, and built auto-cycles at a plant at Llwynypia, Tonypandy.

These days, there's just the Rhondda Golf Club lying between Ynyshir and Llwynypia!
