I am looking for more information on this family the parents Mary Watson and Francis McKendry were married in Kirkcolm c 1835 they had the following family :-
William born c 1839
Thomas bc 1842
Mary b c 1847
Jane b c 1850
Francic b c 1852
Agnes b c 1856 all in Kirkcolm Wigtownshire

Francis died in 1870 in Kircolm and Mary in 1887 in Ayrshire but what became of their family?

   Thank you I have had a look at the site but not much help at all hoped someone might have pointed me in right direction with a maybe a bit of help as to where they might have been on the census in the 1890's and 1901 .

going by the 1851 census(freeCEN) and the IGI the children were -

mary born 1837(may have died before 1881 - son william mckendry b.1869?)
william b. 1839(1881 surname maybe mckendrick married mary morris 1870 ?)
thomas b. 1840(1901 yorkshire england married sarah ?)
robert b. 1843(1881 in ayrshire ?)
jessie b. 1844
margaret b. 1847
jane b. 1850
francis b. 1852(unmarried in 1881 wagon inspector ?)
agnes b. 1856(unmarried in 1881 pauper with child jessie ?)

i've added some info. to help locate them
