Hi could anyone help with a census look-up please.
Trying to find my great grandmother Sarah Thomas and her family,on the 1911 census she is living with her husband James Thomas in 6,waun street,abergwynfi,i have Sarah and James marriage certificate which shows she was born about 1881 in Glyncorrwg,Glamorgan,and her father was Morgan Thomas,a coal miner.

In 1901 Sarah was a Housemaid domestic servant wth family of David and Catherine Edwards at 42 Commercial St, Abergwynfi

If you would like to trace the family further, you could find Mary's maiden name on a birth certificate for one of the children. Perhaps the birth of Enoch Thomas in 1883 (June Q)
Neath volume 11a page 609  but specify village, parents names and father's occupation to ensure it's the correct one.

There is a marriage of Morgan Thomas and Mary Williams at Neath district in 1874 (March Q) which would fit with the birth of son Morgan

Hey,have Enoch's birth certificate,and his mother's maiden name was Williams,have now ordered Morgan and Mary's marriage certificate.Thanks for all your help. ;D
