Title: Burials!!
Post by: Annad on Monday 06 June 11 14:54 BST (UK)
In my never ending quest trying and failing at every turn to find JOHN BARNES, I finally located his will hoping it would give me a clue to his age - but no, it told me nothing. He died in Barton Hartshorn in October 1835 - I have tried the burial search available from Bucks FHS, it doesn't cover this parish, so no luck there. The National Burials Index on FindMyPast does not cover Bucks. Does anyone have any idea where I can can turn to next to find his burial? I only need it so I can find out his age.

Thanks

The parish registers for Barton Hartshorn post 1812 are still at the church and there are no extant Bishop's Transcripts covering the date you require.  Your only recourse seems to be to contact the church and ask if they would kindly do a look-up for you but you should be aware that they can make a charge for this.  The link below will give you contact details.
