This man was the husband of my great aunt, Alice Eliza (nee Warren), they married in Enfield, Middlesex in 1913 - at the time he was a Policeman living (or living/working) at Bridewell Place, Tower Hamlets. He died in Hastings Sussex in 1957, aged 73. I don't know what happened to Alice or whether they had any children.
And where does the name Nonus come from?? (I believe it means 9th, but as far as I know his parents didn't have 9 children and anyway he was the second child)
His parents were Thomas PIPER (1854-1913) and Ann (nee CATT) (1861-?) and there were, as far as I know, 7 siblings.

He is Nonus on the 1891 and 1901 Census, and on his marriage notice to Alice in 1913, and on the Death index, and on the birth entry 2nd Quarter 1884 he is Nonis (the Ancestry entry is mistranscribed as Noois)

I was trying to get the birth reg for you as your request implied (title 1882/84) that you hadnt got it.
But it seems you knew he was born early 1884 all along.
It really is helpful if you give all the information that you already have before asking for any further information!
