Thank you for that Heddwch, had a look but so confusing!!
I wanted to see what mines etc were near to Penrhys Road and Tnntla Row Ystrad between 1900-1915, also if someone had an accident in the mine would there be records available?

Bodringallt wss the closest colliery to Ystrad. There was also Tyn-Y Bedw.and Pentre.
Local libraries are helpful. The libarary in Treochy is most helpful.Send them an email or telephone them. They have helped me in the past.

A recent visit to the new Glamorgan Archives  enlightened me to the extent of thier information, 33,000 worth of archives
Do contact them  Glamro[at]cardiff.gov.uk (replace [at] with @)or phone  029 2087 2200
If you live locally you can visit them at Clos Parc Morgannwg, Leckwith Cardiff ( next to the cardiff city football ground) or www.Glamro.gov.uk
Hope you  get some help.
Kindest regards
