Title: William Gurnell COMPLETED THANKS
Post by: brianz on Saturday 24 September 11 10:25 BST (UK)
I am searching for more information on my 5X GGrandfather William Gurnell b abt 1739 and married a Barbara she died in Stallingborough in 1819 as I have a photo of her grave in Stallingborough Church and she is described as the "relict" of William, so he must have died before her. They had 10 children Mary, John, Sarah, William, Ann, Richard, Susannah, Thomas, Susannah and George. All born between 1768 and 1787 in Stallingborough.
I believe the son William had the Dairy House farm in Burstby near Holderness in around 1800 but this is yet to be proved.

What I hope is that someone can help with is more info on where they lived i.e which farm and where William died. any info on this family would be appreciated.
