Title: 1871 Census Look-up please - Joseph Hopkins

Hi, Unable to find Joseph Hopkins and Elizabeth Ann his wife on 1871 Census. Joseph born 1841 Neath, Glamorgan. Elizabeth also born Neath 1840 according to 1861 Census when they appear to be living at Magor, Newport. They seemed to move about, Joseph's occupation as Porter S.Wales Railway.
No Street mentioned on  1861 Census, only Magor. Any help to trace them most appreciated. Thanks, Syljun
