Hi Barney,
have you looked on the Dorset OPC site yet / already ??
www.dorset-opc.com
if you put "orchard wareham" in the search engine you get 144 entries. The problem is (as always !) then proving which of the ORCHARDs are yours !
Another possibility is the Wareham page on the OPC site
http://www.dorset-opc.com/Wareham.htm and go directly to the Baptisms link
for instance:
1828 28-Sep Ann d of William & Mary Orchard - Labourer [St Martins] / could be a possible ???
Hope this helps,
Bob

Hello Barney
This is my first post and I am finding the site difficult to navigate so forgive me for sideways approach. From you list of names we have many in common - so there is a link somewhere. My interest is Mary Ann Raine of Romaldkirk who married John Lee born Forest and Frith 1829. Their daughter Jane was my g gnd mother. (Married John Cameron of Barnard Castle) I am trying to find who Mary Anne's father was - her mother is listed as Mary Raine in 1841 census. Somewhere on this site there is somebody who is offering a huge amount on the Raines. I can offer to take photos in Wareham Dorset as I spend a lot of time there, in the summer. but wont be going there for sure until May.
