Title: Employing a researcher
Post by: mlr0663 on Tuesday 05 June 12 19:57 BST (UK)
Hello Listeners

I wonder if SKS in Rootschat land could recommend a good researcher able to access the Cape Town Estates/Death Notices.  I have written to 3 different researchers listed in the SA link on FmailySearch but have had no acknowledgment or  reply from any of them  :(.

Not sure if that means that they are no longer researching, cannot help me or simply are on holiday ???

I am initially after a copy of a death cert and possibly some further work to follow up the family if they turn out to be the one I'm researching.

Thank you for your help :)
Margaret

Hi mir

I have used two South African researchers over the last few years both delivered what I asked for.

Anne Lehmkuhi and Vera Plint. There details along with other researchers are on on this site.
