Title: missing census pages 1871?

Does anyone know if there are missing pages on the 1871 census?  See the link below for further information, please.

Thank you for that info - so that could possibly be the answer.  They could have moved within Monmouthshire or moved to Cardiff.  I think it will have stay a mystery as having looked at lots of trees on Ancestry and searched thir children no-one has them in 1871.
