if your aunt is still alive we are not supposed to do look ups for living people
if she is not alive what is her name and what dist was her twin born in?

If one twin was registered it seems strange the other wasn't, (cert may well have the time of birth recorded but it didn't always happen). A possibility is the event never made it to the GRO index thanks to the repeated transcribing involved.

If you are looking to confirm it with a cert then the Lincs Registration Service is your best option, they will have the original register and can supply a scanned copy  Visit the registrar pages on the county council website, it will explain how to order the cert, no GRO reference is needed, they use a different system, just supply the details you know such as name, date/quarter, district etc, service is quicker than the GRO in my experience and I've had over two dozen from them so far.
