Title: Lookup "Transfer of Mining Privilege" in Gazette 1917 at a library?

I have been advised that someone may be able to lookup

Transfer of Mining Privilege: James Daly to Thor [Thomas?] Matison Breck (R22913519

http://www.archway.archives.govt.nz/ViewFullItem.do?code=22913519

in the government Gazette. This item may or may not be mentioned there

If anyone is able to tell me more about this, I would be grateful.
