Looking for information on the Boyle and Little families of Dungiven in the 1800's. Patrick, Mary Ann(Boyle) Robert and John Little.

Hello Deem,
There are three items you require when searching for Irish ancestors.
1. Denomination.
2. Parish
3. Townland.
You'll have to rely on Church records as civil registration in Ireland was not introduced until 1864. Non Catholic marriages were registered from 1845 onwards. When registration for BDMS started in 1864 some people didn't bother with the registration for a few years after that date. Keep your fingers crossed that church records still exist.

Hello,
If you can be a bit more precise on dates I will see what I can find. My grandfather bought the Tennant Right to some land in the townland of Gortgarn in 1873 from Alexander Little.

I might also have some information if I had a better idea of dates.
P.S.- Deem doesn't seem to have been here since 2005.
