I wonder if anyone would be willing to have a go at adding a little colour to this photograph of my great-grandfather. I'm a bit of a photoshop novice but am able to repair rips and splodges etc, however adding colour has so far defeated me. Any help would be much appreciated.
Many thanks,

Do you think someone was writing the numbers 1.2.3.4 etc on the stone sill?

Many thanks again. These are just wonderful. Really appreciated.
Japeflakes: I must have looked at this photo hundreds of times and never noticed these numbers on the stone sill! Maybe it was my dad who wrote them.
