Title: Richard Raymond Law Death date
Post by: sirsimon on Friday 02 May 14 20:24 BST (UK)
Hello

An ancestor of mine was Richard Raymond Law, husband of Maggie Richards and father of David Phillip Law.

He was born in Eastcombe in 1882 to Edward Richard Law and married Maggie Richards in Swansea in 1909.

His occupation was Sapper for the 256 Company of Royal Engineers No. 158340.

However, I cannot find a death date, please help

my thanks

As confirmation, Sapper Richard Law's medal card is on ancestry. It notes his medals were claimed by a Mrs F V Pegler of 4 Caerau Rd, Caerau, nr Bridgend.  there's a marriage in Q4 1918 between a Margaret m Law and Frederick Pegler

Margaret Law. Could that be Maggie Richards, his wife?
