Title: Looking for Birth of Charles Wilson Leicester

My great grandfather on my Mothers mothers side of the family was born in Leicestershire 1879 he was married to Harriet Janett Sanders/Saunders  in 1900 in Kent Looking for Charles parents please :)

The marriage would give details of his father ie name & occupation
Marriage Sep qtr 1900   
Sanders    Harriet Janett       
Wilson    Charles Walter

Have you found him in any census?
Who does he name as his father on the Marriage Certificate?

There are 6 Charles Wilson births in Leicestershire, between 1878 and 1880! ::)
So, you need to do a little bit of research in order to narrow that down. ;D

FindMyPast have attestation papers for him in Militia but you will need credits to view them.  Some libraries have free FindMyPast & Ancestry access
