I'm 1861 she is living with her mother Alice Scholes where also seen to be a Ralph living with my family.
John Scholes is a mystery as to him what happened to him.
I don't have any baptism records for Alice's siblings.

I have just seen a tree which has those deaths you mention for Alice and John.
It would seem to be mixing two couples.

Is this my relative
Alicimus Scholes in the asylum
26 feb 1900
Died 1902
-
I take it Wellington and job ain't family members
-
I can't see him in 1901 census. His wife Martha states she is married.
-
I take it Wellington and job ain't family members
The censuses state they are Alice's sons.
Lancashire BMD has then indexed with mother's maiden name of Scholes.
-
Alcimus was admitted to the workhouse on a few occasions 1898-1900 - 'lunacy'.
1901 has A S, 52 yrs born Bury in the County Lunatic Asylum, Whittingham.
-
Oh god that ain't good then
Do u have him in 1901 cenus at all
-
That could be him in Whittingham.
-
I would say it is Alcimus. The occupation fits- engineer.
-
Lancashire BMD
There is a possible death for John Scholes.
1856 John Scholes 41 yrs death registered Bury, sub-district Tottington.
-
Thank you
I can't thank you enough
-
It's a pleasure.
As was said earlier, you now need to collate all the information then if you need more, post again.
If that is John's death and the two boys Wellington and Job are Alice's, then they would be illegitimate, I suppose. The birth certificates would tell you.
I'm not sure how old the oldest daughter was- I've not checked to see if she could be their mother but Alice raised them.
When you have the all the information, you will see.
Best wishes
Heywood
