Is there any way to find out more, such as where he was imprisoned, where captured, was he injured etc. I have his service number etc just need to know where to look..

This from TNA might help:

Long shot: try the regimental museum or the regimental association?

Thanks for that link
I have found a list of the camps in Italy but unfortunately not of much use as I don't know which one he was in, it doesn't mention it on the record that I have.
The premium sites seem to have info but will they have more than I have at the moment which is his service number, that he was a gunner and he was interred in Italy?

There is a new website, which may prove useful?

Hi yes I did find that one on my search of the net, they are new and looking for folk to add their info of prisoners to their data base.
It was just curiosity really, I came across the record in a search for something else (how it usually happens) and just wondered if I could get more info
