Title: Patience Larkham and Richard Dammer/Damner
Post by: 0191alex11 on Thursday 25 February 16 09:02 GMT (UK)
Hi!
Can anyone help with any of the following?

I have a Patience Larkham, born the daughter of a Michael Larkham (1602 - 1656) and his wife Mary Searle (1607 - 1682). From one old family tree it says Patience married a Richard Damner and had a son William?

The only information that I can find is for a possible birth of a Patience Dammer 1658, and for a William Dammer 1660 at Dorset?

Any help or guidance much appreciated! :)

Hi L.D.S have a burial for a Patience Dammer in Lyme Regis 12.7.1707 Spouse Richard. It gives the details of film numbers. I don't know if this is of help.

Hi Tinam,
The only other information I have found this morning is that Richard Dammer is mentioned in 1685. He was a freeman of Lyme Regis and his occupation was a Fuller (if this is the same man!). Apparently he might have been involved with other men in the town in the rebellion with James, Duke of Monmouth?
Will keep looking and thanks once again! :D
